At 31, I was drowning. Severe period pain, crushing PMS, and burnout so deep it brought on intrusive thoughts. I was a mother of three, married, and attending medical school. I was silently falling apart. The day I finally asked for help changed everything.

I started small with mindfulness, gratitude, dancing, swimming in the sun, eating food that loved me back. I let go of what was draining me, including my marriage. I turned inward, and then I turned outward; helping the women in my community heal their bodies and reclaim their feminine power. Three years later, I became a certified wellness coach and founded Pink Nectar Women’s Wellness Community to formalize what I had lived.

I ended my period pain. I rose out of burnout. And for 15+ years, I’ve been helping women do the same.
